Weaving together a curious blend of passions, talents and skills, my journey has led to my becoming an expert in three very distinctive ways; theatrical tailoring, creative psychology and trauma recovery. Along with life experiences that have set the stage for an unmistakeable resiliency, I have a B.S. in Fashion Design & Merchandising and an M.S. in Creative Studies, both from SUNY @ Buffalo State College in Buffalo, NY.
Traumas came early and were many for me. Despite this, I continued to pursue my dreams of working on Broadway. I achieved these ambitions; however, after surviving a brutal attack while living in NYC, I left a successful career as a professional costumer to heal from a Minor Traumatic Brain Injury (MTBI) and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD).
Now, my passion is cultivating the creative potential within individuals seeking positive and substantial change, having an emphasis on those with PTSD.
I utilize a unique combination of holistic healing practices and creative problem solving skills in order to Innovate from Within.
